Famed Chef Fabio Viviani Returning to his del Lago Resort & Casino Restaurant Portico by Fabio Viviani

Learn to Cook with “Top Chef” Alum, Restaurateur, Author and TV Personality, Fabio Viviani!

Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani will return to his del Lago Resort & Casino restaurant, Portico by Fabio Viviani for two events on May 8. Viviani will be bringing his culinary expertise to food lovers with an interactive cooking class and a local wine pairing dinner at Portico.

Guests will watch his dishes come to life as he skillfully prepares some of his most-loved recipes. During the two-hour interactive cooking demonstration from 1-3 p.m., Viviani will teach techniques, tips and tricks while sharing stories about his path to success, and answer questions from the audience. Throughout the class, guests will they dine on the dishes prepared by Viviani. Tickets are $50 per person (plus gratuity and tax) and include the cooking class and samples of all dishes crafted by Viviani.

Viviani will also host a VIP wine dinner in the Portico Terrace. Cocktails will begin at 6 p.m. and a three-course dinner with local wine pairings will follow from 7-8:30 p.m. Tickets are $80 per person (plus gratuity and tax) and include a three-course dinner and a specialty cocktail. Viviani fans will have the opportunity to meet and interact with the chef during the event.
