Your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you can no longer make the date, contact the box office at [email protected] for a full refund.

Refunds are only permitted if ticket insurance is purchased at time of order.

A player perk show means you can attend the show for free as long as you have a del Lago players card! You can sign up at the Promotions Booth any day of the week.

The only allowed resale of tickets is on Ticketmaster. The attempt to resell tickets on del Lago Resort & Casino property is prohibited by the law. All violators will be removed from the premises and subject to arrest.

If you had a credit on your previous Showare account for any show between 2022 and now, you can claim it at the box office until June 2026. After June of 2026, credits are only valid for 1 year. Credits given from shows prior to 2022 are no longer valid.
