Famed Chef Fabio Viviani Returning to his del Lago Resort & Casino Restaurant, Portico by Fabio Viviani, for First Cooking Class of 2019

Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani will return to his del Lago Resort & Casino restaurant, Portico by Fabio Viviani, for his first cooking class of 2019 on Thursday, Feb. 21 from 2-4 p.m. Viviani will be bringing his culinary expertise to local food lovers for an interactive cooking class and will host dinner service at Portico that evening as well.
Guests will watch his dishes come to life as he skillfully prepares his beloved eggless gnocchi, his own take on scallops and chicken vesuvio with potatoes, artichokes, white wine and oregano. During the interactive cooking demonstration Viviani will teach techniques, tips and tricks while taking questions from the audience as he shares stories about his path to success. Guests will dine on the freshly prepared dishes throughout the class while enjoying Viviani’s entertaining presentation.
Tickets may be purchased for $50 per person (plus gratuity and tax) and include the cooking class and dinner. Seating is limited. Tickets may be purchased at dellagoresort.com or by calling 315-946-1780. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the cooking class.
Viviani fans will also have an opportunity to meet with the chef after his cooking class.
