With the arrival of his instantly iconic debut single “My Truck,” New Jersey-born artist Breland emerged as a bold new force on today’s music landscape. Now certified platinum, the wildly catchy hybrid of Hip-Hop and Country hit #1 on Spotify’s Global Viral 50 and earned the admiration of country superstars like Keith Urban, while a high-powered remix featuring hitmaker Sam Hunt landed on best-of-the-year lists from major outlets like NPR and the New York Times. But for the Nashville-based singer/songwriter/producer, the song’s breakout success is only the start of a much larger movement.

True to his passion for transcending boundaries, Breland has set his sights on the tremendous task of building new and long-lasting connections between cultures – all by making music that’s both emotionally honest and undeniably joyful.

Mega-hits “We’re an American Band,” “I’m Your Captain/Closer to Home,” “Locomotion,” and “Some Kind of Wonderful” still receive continuous airplay on Classic Rock radio. We’re an American Band has received notoriety in recent years being used in movie soundtracks and in television/radio advertising. The fact that Grand Funk’s legacy still reigns over the Classic Rock landscape fifty years after its 1969 birth in Flint, Michigan is a testament to the group’s influence and staying power.

Lita Ford is a founding member and guitarist of the groundbreaking all female group, the Runaways. The group’s hard rock/punk edge spawned hits like “Cherry Bomb” and “Queens of Noise.” Ford went on to launch her career as a solo artist with her debut album Out for Blood, and would follow up with several albums. Dancin’ on the Edge earned her a Grammy nomination in the Best Female Rock Vocal Performance category, and also produced the world charting single “Fire in My Heart” and the U.S. Billboard top 50 charting hit “Gotta Let Go.” Her self-titled album, Lita, boasted four charting hit singles, including the certified gold ballad single “Close my Eyes Forever,” featuring Ozzy Osbourne, which remained in the Billboard top 10 for 25 weeks.

In addition to her renowned musical career, Lita has also appeared in numerous movie, television and media roles. In 2016, Ford released her autobiography, Living Like a Runaway: A Memoir.

Bret Michaels is a multiplatinum global superstar who has turned his passion for music into a multi-faceted brand that encompasses record breaking touring sales, reality TV stardom, legendary songs that have sold over 32 million records, product endorsements as well as being a devoted philanthropist – all supported and followed by three generations of loyal fans. The Marshall Tucker Band (MTB) came together as a young, hungry and quite driven six-piece outfit in Spartanburg, South Carolina in 1972, having duly baptized themselves with the name of a blind piano tuner after they found it inscribed on a key to their original rehearsal space – and they’ve been in tune with tearing it up on live stages, both big and small, all across the globe ever since. Plus, the band’s mighty music catalog, consisting of more than 20 studio albums and a score of live releases, has racked up multi-platinum album sales many times over.

Country singer Tanya Tucker has been writing and producing music since her first hit “Delta Dawn” in 1972 at the age of 13. During the course of her career, she’s churned out notable hits including “Blood Red and Goin’ Down,” “Lizzie and the Rainman,” “Strong Enough to Bend,” “Two Sparrows in a Hurricane” and “What’s Your Mama’s Name?” She’s received several Country Music Association award nominations and released multiple albums, including the Grammy Award-winning While I’m Livin’.

Quiet Riot is a rock and roll phenomenon. Famously described as the first heavy metal band to top the pop chart at #1 on Billboard magazine, the Los Angeles quartet became an overnight sensation thanks to their monster 1983 smash album Metal Health. The band has sold more than 15 million records worldwide, and their hits include “Cum On Feel the Noize,” “Bang Your Head,” “Mama Weer All Crazee Now,” “Slick Black Cadillac” and “The Wild and the Young.” A Quiet Riot documentary, Well Now You’re Here, There’s No Way Back, was finalized in 2014 and chronicles the rise, fall and resurrection of the band.

Shirtless and tattooed, Ginger Billy gives viewers a humorous look into life in rural Upstate South Carolina – and he’s doing it all on his own. He lives between Union and Lockhart, South Carolina, with his wife and family. For years, he says, he was a respiratory therapist. But one day, after the retirement of Dale Earnhardt, Jr., his interest in making entertaining videos was sparked. He would go on to create a viral video about men’s rompers that would amass nearly 840,000 views on YouTube alone. He estimates it got between 40 and 50 million views across all social media channels.

From there things just took off, and the next thing he knew he was doing stand-up. A manager signed him on and got him a gig at a casino. After that, he started touring with Catfish Cooley and others. It was a whole new world, he said. And the funny ideas keep coming.

Created in 1968 by Danny Hutton, Three Dog Night recorded the music of the best (and mostly undiscovered) new songwriters of their time including Harry Nilsson, Randy Newman and Elton John, among many others. Waterloo, N.Y. – Two more acts will take the stage at del Lago Resort & Casino’s Vine Showroom: Dirty Honey, performing Sat., Sept. 17; and Cypress Hill, performing Fri., Oct. 21. Some musicians take a while to build an audience and connect with fans. For the Los Angeles-based quartet Dirty Honey, success came right out of the gate. Released in March 2019, the band’s debut single, “When I’m Gone,” became the first song by an unsigned artist to reach No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock chart. Their second single, “Rolling 7s,” went into the Top 5. That same year, Dirty Honey opened for The Who, Guns ’N Roses, Slash, and Alter Bridge and was the “do-not-miss-band” at major rock festivals such as Welcome to Rockville, Rocklahoma, Louder Than Life, Heavy MTL, and Epicenter. On its first U.S. headline tour in January and February 2020, the band sold out every date.

The band worked again with producer Nick DiDia (Rage Against the Machine, Pearl Jam) on their self-titled album that captures the lightning-in-a-bottle dynamics and energy of their live sound. Dirty Honey’s album indeed builds on the band’s output to date, with airtight songwriting that plays up their strengths:  sexy, bluesy, nasty rock’n’roll, melodic hard rock, and soulful 70s blues-rock. Dirty Honey is about to take 2022 by storm.

Three decades ago, B-Real, Sen Dog, and DJ Muggs sparked a trip that left popular culture stoned, stunned, and staggering in anticipation for more. Naming themselves after a local street in Los Angeles, Cypress Hill burst on the scene in ’91 with the release of their self-titled debut album. Singles “How I Could Just Kill a Man” & “The Phuncky Feel One” became underground hits and the group’s pro-marijuana stance earned them many fans among the alt rock community. Cypress Hill followed their debut with Black Sunday in the summer of ’93, which debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top 200, garnered three GRAMMY® Award nominations, and went 3X Platinum in the U.S. As a result, Cypress Hill became the first rap group to have two albums in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 charts at the same time and are the first Latino-American hip-hop group to achieve platinum and multi-platinum success.

Tommy James received five BMI Million-Air Awards for his music being played more than 21 million times on air. His memoir – Me, the Mob, and the Music: One Helluva Ride with Tommy James & The Shondells – is on Rolling Stone’s Top 25 Best Music Memoirs list. Tommy has received the Pittsburgh Legend Award, was voted The Jukebox Artist of the Year by the Amusement and Music Owners Association of New York, and has been inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame.
