Membership dues will be billed monthly on the same calendar each month corresponding with your enrollment date, or the nearest day thereafter. A valid payment method must be maintained on file at all times, and if a payment is declined or returned unpaid, Spa del Lago is authorized to reattempt collection and update billing information, as necessary. Any amounts more than thirty (30) days past due shall be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month or fraction thereof, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. Membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in writing. Either party may terminate Membership by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the next billing date by completing a cancelation form at the Spa Front Desk or by emailing [email protected], with the yearly commitment being canceled at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the next 12-month commitment period via the aforementioned written options

Must be 21 or older to hold a Spa Club Membership. Management reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time, for any reason. Hotel and Spa discount offers valid based on availability and may be subject to blackout dates including Holidays, Show Nights or if Hotel del Lago is sold out.
