Table Games Update
As of January 3, 2022 the hours of available table games are as follows:
Sunday – Thursday | 9AM – 2AM
Friday – Saturday | 9AM – 4AMWe will continue to have limited Craps, Blackjack, Baccarat, Spanish 21, Three Card Poker, Pai Gow and Roulette. Additional tables will reopen during upcoming phases.

What Hotel del Lago amenities are available?
We do not have a pool. All of our rooms are stand up waterfall showers. We do not have any tubs or jacuzzi rooms.

How many Slot Machines will be available?
All Slot Machines are now available for use with no plexi-glass surround.

You can access your win/loss statement through the player portal at dellagoresort.com 24/7 or e-mail [email protected] to request more information.

What entertainment shows are being rescheduled or cancelled, and how will I know?
Should a show be postponed or cancelled, ticket holders who purchased from the del Lago and Vine Box Office will be notified by email. Ticket holders of cancelled performances will be automatically refunded. If the performance is postponed, your current ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. In some cases we may offer refunds up to 30 days from notification of a postponed and rescheduled performance. I have a special event or meeting booked, when and how will I know if it has been cancelled or rescheduled?
