Poker Promotions

Every Thursday from 9AM – 1AM, qualifying will start at 9AM. Promotion requires a minimum of deuces full to win. If there is no winner, $100 will roll over to the next hour. From 12AM – 1AM there will be no qualifier for the high hand. Players must use both hole cards to win $200. If the player only uses one hole card to make the high hand, the payout will be $100. Players must have a rewards card to qualify. Promotion may only win on Texas Hold’em games. All other game types will be excluded from this promotion. The first game of the day must be running at least 30 minutes before the first scheduled high hand at 10AM to be a rollover. From 2AM – 3AM there will be no qualifier for the high hand. Players must use both hole cards to win $300. If the player only uses one hole card to make the high hand, the payout will be $150. Players must have a rewards card to qualify. Promotion may only win on Texas Hold’em games. All other game types will be excluded from this promotion. Every Saturday from 9AM – 1AM, qualifying will start at 9AM. Promotion requires
a minimum of deuces full to win. There are no rollovers. To qualify the hand must be completed prior to the end of the qualifying period. Players must use both hole cards to win the max amount. Players can use one hole card to win half the amount listed below. Players must have a rewards card to qualify. Promotion may only win on Texas Hold’em games. All other game types will be excluded from this promotion. The prize structure will go as follows.

Royal Flush: $1,000
Straight Flush to the Ten: $700
Straight Flush to the Five: $600
Four of a Kind Jacks to Aces: $500
Four of a Kind Deuce to Tens: $400
Full House: $300

del Lago offers promotional payouts such as High Hands and other NYSGC approved poker promotions. Promotional payouts will be made from a separate fund created from the pot contributions required at tables where the promotional payout is offered and will be paid in accordance with the procedures established under this subdivision.

del Lago will post a promotional payout notice advising players of eligibility for promotions. del Lago will display all promotional information and post such promotions in a conspicuous location within the poker room. del Lago Resort and Casino will offer poker promotions seven days a week. The casino will extract up to $3 out of every pot as noted:

$1 When The Pot Reaches $10
$2 When The Pot Reaches $20
$3 When The Pot Reaches $50

The dealer will place the jackpot contribution in a designated area to the left of the dealer. At the conclusion of the hand, the dealer will place the contribution into the designated drop box.

100% of the promotional monies will be placed in the Poker Promotional Fund.

There must be a minimum of four players dealt in the hand, with a pot minimum of $10 to qualify for a promotional giveaway.

del Lago has decided to discontinue the Bad Beat Jackpot. 100% of the monies in the Bad Beat jackpot fund have been moved to the Poker Promotional Fund. All promotions are on Eastern Time. For promotions involving the earning of points, it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure their card is inserted and registering play or being actively rated in Table Games to be eligible for earning points. Persons who are under 21 or who have been excluded from del Lago, or who have requested New York self-exclusion from the property, or who are on the New York State Gaming Commission Exclusion List are not eligible to participate in the promotion. When applicable, it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that casino play and entries are registering on their player’s card. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility or disqualification. Claiming the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. For tournament slot play, if a system-wide malfunction occurs all players will replay the session. If a single machine has a malfunction, play is invalidated; may replay at management discretion except finals. Winner(s) must present a valid State/Federal ID to claim prize(s). Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless specified in the promotion. del Lago reserves the right to substitute Free Slot Play for Match Play and vice versa, Free Slot Play/Match Play for cash or other prizes and cash or other prizes for Free Slot Play/Match Play prizes. del Lago reserves the right for Table Games promotions to substitute chips for cash prizes and vice versa. Free Slot Play $1 to $999 is valid for seven (7) days from the time of issuance. Free Slot Play of $1,000.00+ will be valid for one (1) month from the time of issuance. Any Free Slot Play or Match Play which is unused by expiration day/time will be forfeited. Both Match Play and Free Slot Play are not redeemable for cash nor transferable to another account. By participating in this promotion, participants hereby grant del Lago permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as del Lago, in their sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of said photograph, including the negatives, digital versions and prints made therefrom and by del Lago, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. Participants waive any right, which he/she may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to 1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary, 2) any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name, 3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art, and 4) any advertising of products or services. If applicable, del Lago will not be held responsible for a patron’s inability to hear his/her name announced on the casino floor using the PA system. Employees of del Lago, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and other coordinating agencies with this promotion are ineligible (this includes their respective directors, officers and key persons). Family members of del Lago employees who reside in the same household are ineligible to claim/prizes or participate in promotions. Each entrant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless del Lago Resort & Casino, the State of New York and any agents, officers or employees against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this promotion. del Lago expressly waives and assumes no liability of any kind or nature for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes. Offer is void if restricted or prohibited. In the event the promotion does not operate correctly, the on-site representative from NYSGC will be notified immediately. Any prize award will be delayed until the system is stable and NYSGC is notified. If the system fails to stabilize, del Lago management will make a decision to postpone or cancel the promotion. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion at any time in accordance with NYSGC regulations. Management reserves the right to offer a raincheck for a gift/prize or substitute gift/prize or offer Free Play if a gift/prize becomes unavailable. If there is an error on collateral/mailer, etc. the approved submission rules apply. Management reserves the right to postpone a promotion in the event of a storm or other emergency. If the promotion is cancelled or postponed for any reason, NYSGC will be notified of the cancellation and the reason for the cancellation. Taxes, etc.: Any valuation of the prize(s) awarded in the promotion is based on information provided to the casino from the vendor/provider, or is cash. The value of the prize(s) will be reported for tax purposes as required. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and any expenses associated with any prize(s) which are not specifically provided for in the rules. Each winner must provide valid photo identification and a valid Social Security number before any prize is awarded. Winning patrons must sign a prize payment form (Winner Distribution Form) to receive their winnings when applicable. Each winner will be required to provide a valid (verified) Social Security Number before a prize over $99 can be granted unless SSN has been verified in Everi (green TIN check). Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
