Jackyl
Get TicketsJackyl burst onto the scene in 1992 with their self-titled debut album on Geffen Records, defying the grunge era with a loud, unapologetic rock sound. Produced by Brendan O’Brien, the album went double platinum and spawned hits like “The Lumberjack” (featuring Jesse James Dupree’s iconic chainsaw solo), “I Stand Alone,” and “Down On Me.” Their wild energy landed them at Woodstock ’94 and earned them a loyal fanbase.
Over the years, Jackyl remained true to their roots, touring with legends like Aerosmith, KISS, ZZ Top, and Ted Nugent. They made headlines for bold stunts, including a protest against K-Mart and a chainsaw prank that led to a lawsuit. Their 1994 album “Push Comes to Shove” went platinum, and they continued making waves with 1997’s “Cut the Crap,” featuring AC/DC’s Brian Johnson.
Never slowing down, Jackyl set two Guinness World Records in 1998 by playing 100 shows in 50 days and 21 shows in 24 hours. They released “Relentless” in 2002, collaborated again with Brian Johnson, and dropped “Live at the Full Throttle Saloon” in 2004, tied to their reality TV presence on “Full Throttle Saloon.”
Celebrating 30 years, the band released “Jackyl 30 Coming In Hot” in 2022, proving their hard-hitting sound still resonates. With millions of YouTube views and a relentless touring schedule, Jackyl continues to deliver no-holds-barred rock ‘n’ roll. As Dupree puts it, “Thirty years on, we’re still celebrating the fundamentals of rock ‘n’ roll—so Get All Up In It!
Must be 21+ to attend.
