COVID-19 Update
Join us on Sunday, October 4th from 12PM-3:30PM. The price to participate is non-refundable at $399 plus any additional electricity needed. Early Bird Special: if you submit your form and payment by July 1st, vendor price is $299 plus any additional electricity needed.

All final entries to be a vendor and payment are due by September 1st, 2020. The cost includes two buffet meal tickets per booth. del Lago will provide a 8-foot table with tablecloth and more. Once you have submitted your form to be part of our show, we will email you an invoice of the amount due. Please mail us the invoice in with the check.

Space is limited and is on first come first serve basis. Payment is non-refundable.

We will email welcome packets two months prior to the event stating all details needed for each vendor.

Your information will be shared with registered attendees.
    Cost is $20 per power strip or extension cord.
  • Booth Includes:
    • 8' x 6' booth space (NO pipe and drape provided)
    • One 8' table with tablecloth
    • Two tickets per booth for a buffet meal from Farmers Market Buffet
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi
    • Bridal Show Program
    • Laminated sign on booth area with business name
    • Promotional item of your choice to be placed in the Bridal Swag Bag
    • Assistance with loading and unloading
    • Listing on del Lago website
    • Complete list of all registered brides
    • Map of show layout with your booth location prior to event
  • Specifics
    • Vendors are responsible for any specific equipment needed (round tables, specialty linens, etc.)
    • Vendors are responsible for abiding by all local health, fire and safety regulations
    • Vendors are not allowed to share booths
    • Early Break Down Fee will be applied if booth is broken down before the end of the show
    • Door Prize Policy - Vendors are required to bring a door prize with a minimum value of $30. If you do not have a door prize, you may purchase a del Lago Gift Card to be added to door prize raffles
    • Insurance - Vendors are responsible for any damage they cause to their own property, property of other vendors, del Lago property or the exhibit hall
