DINNER MENU

Choice of app:
3 meatballs with tomato sugo, grana padano and grilled focaccia.
Classic shrimp cocktail with calabrian chili cocktail sauce.

Choice of soup or salad:
Poached pear with candied walnuts, crumbled gorgonzola and creamy balsamic vinaigrette.
Lobster bisque banquet production.

Choice of entrée:
Surf and turf. 6oz filet, broiled 4-5oz Maine lobster tail drawn butter. Whipped roasted garlic mashed potatoes, bourbon brown sugar and butter glazed baby carrots.
Seared 6oz salmon saltimbocca with creamy herbed polenta and marinated baby tomato salad.
Fettuccine with chicken cacciatore. Roasted honey nut squash, vegetable & grain ragout, Black garlic puree, pea shoots.

Dessert Trio:
Hot Chocolate Mousse, edible chocolate cup, mini marshmallows.
Butterscotch budino, salted Carmel, Cracker Jacks.
Honey basil berries, Lemon pound cake, Sparkling Sabayon, Pop Rocks.
